Allan J. Aigeldinger
Allan J. Aigeldinger III practices both personal injury and workers’ compensation law. He brings with him 24 years of experience in the areas of criminal defense, personal injury, car accidents and real estate, having managed his own small firm outside Philadelphia the vast majority of this time.
A seasoned and tenacious litigator and negotiator, protecting the rights of individuals in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey is of utmost importance to Allan. And in keeping with the reputation of the Law Offices of Craig A. Allan is adept at handling an active caseload while still continuing to give clients the personal service and attention that they need and deserve. An example of the complex cases he takes on is a recent suit against Family Dollar for assault and battery by a store employee that resulted in the plaintiff going in to premature labor. The suit, which also involves negligence counts, was reported on in the Pennsylvania Record.
Allan received a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Kutztown University in 1989 and his JD from Widener University School of Law in 1994. He is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
