Eli S. Levine

Eli is a personal injury and workers’ compensation attorney who knows Pennsylvania and New Jersey law and the people who live there. Born and raised in Philadelphia, Eli takes pride in protecting the rights of the injured in Metropolitan Philadelphia. He is equally proud that Philadelphia is where he makes his home with his wife and three children.

The Law Offices of Craig A. Altman in downtown Philadelphia was a natural fit and “home” for Eli to practice law. He joined the firm to protect the rights of people injured in accidents, falls and at work. He is passionate about fighting for his clients and helping them secure the best compensation against insurance companies unwilling to pay for their injuries. His skill and unwavering commitment to his clients and their cases has propelled him to secure large settlements and verdicts against insurance companies.

Eli’s practice focuses on those injured in auto accidents, falls, medical malpractice, and product liability. His philosophy is to be honest and transparent with clients about the strengths and weaknesses in their case. This approach creates a strong partnership based on trust and designed to achieve the most successful outcome.

Handling tough cases gives Eli enormous satisfaction. These cases are the ones where the client needs the best legal representation and where the insurance companies fight the hardest to avoid paying claims. Eli is patient and tenacious when digging deep into the case files, documents, and other data in his effort to ensure a good outcome for his client. This was the circumstance in a case where a veteran was the victim of medical malpractice; where a delivery driver was injured on the job and the other side withheld accident records; and in a case involving an injured building contractor where the “smoking gun” was buried within thousands of documents and upon its discovery, Eli was able to break open the case in favor of the injured worker.
